Seats

In a car, "seats" refer to places for passengers to sit. These kinds of seats have various features for comfort and safety. It has adjustable positions, headrests, armrests, seat belts, and sometimes built-in heating or cooling. They are typically cushioned. By the way Most cars have front seats and back seats. Front seats are for the driver and front passenger. Also back seats are for additional passengers.


Types 

Front Seats are always designed to give the driver clear visibility and easy access to controls. The main advantage is this kind of seat adjustability to accommodate different body sizes. 


Passenger Seat is located next to the driver. This kinda seat is designed for comfort. Also users can share similar features to the driver’s seat. 


Back Seats are common in most vehicles. Its use for seating for two or three passengers. Which one is made of a single cushion and backrest? 


Split-Folding Seats used for creating extra cargo space. Users can get it in hatchbacks, SUVs, and sedans, split seats. It can be backrest to fold down partially or fully. 


Captain’s Chairs mainly used in larger vehicles like SUVs and minivans. These kinds of seats are more comfortable for longer trips. 


Features 

Adjustable Positions are the main feature of a seat. Having Manual Adjustments is seat forward, backward, and adjust the backrest angle. And Motorized controls means a way to do adjustment of seat position, height, tilt, and lumbar support. 


Headrests are used to prevent whiplash injuries in the event of a collision. It will secure the passenger head. They can be adjusted to get better support and comfort.


Armrests are available on most front seats. Sometimes It's used for some rear seats. To get a comfortable resting place for the arms it will help the users. 


Seat Belts are a way to secure the occupant. One of the common types is three-point seat belts. It covers both the lap and shoulder. Which one ensures maximum safety by distributing impact force.
